At Axearc, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably—whether you’re shopping for club-level shuttlecocks, accessories, or performance apparel. Below you’ll find important information about our shipping methods, costs, timelines, and delivery support.

Order Processing Time

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Irish time) are usually shipped same or next business day.
  • During peak periods (e.g. product launches, promotions), processing may take up to 2 business days.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to Ireland, Northern Ireland, and selected EU countries. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Ireland, Northern Ireland, and selected EU countries. For international club or bulk orders outside these regions, please contact us directly at logistics@axearc.co.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS. If you haven’t received a dispatch email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Note: Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Email: support@axearc.co
  • Include: Order number, photos (if damaged), and delivery details

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund, or shipping fee reimbursement, subject to investigation.

Missed Deliveries / Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout. Axearc is not responsible for delays or losses due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Missed delivery attempts by the courier
  • Uncollected parcels returned to sender

If a package is returned due to delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

Sustainable Shipping Commitment

Where possible, we use eco-friendly packaging materials and optimise shipment sizes to reduce waste and emissions. We’re committed to building a more sustainable supply chain with every order.

Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss and title for goods pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. All shipments are handled with care and packed securely to protect your order in transit.
